株式会社 cobilabo（以下「当社」）は、モバイルアプリ「dotslash」（以下「本アプリ」）および本ページを含む公式サイトにおける利用者情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。

1. 事業者

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、次の情報を収集することがあります。

• 端末内に保存するゲーム進行（プレイヤー名、Bits、スコア、Wall、所持アイテム、言語、表示設定、購入の識別子など）
• クラウド同期用の利用者識別子（Firebase の匿名 UID）
• 任意のアカウント連携。Google または Apple でログインした場合、メールアドレス（Apple では名前も）。連携状態は進行データに保存します。メールと名前は Firebase Authentication に保存され、進行ドキュメントには書き込みません
• 他の利用者に公開する情報（プレイヤー名、Bits、スコア、Wall、Room の見た目、称号、勝敗、対戦ログなど）
• 購入内容（Bits パック、Plus、Guard）。カード番号などの決済情報は Google Play / App Store が取り扱い、当社は受け取りません
• 通信に伴い Firebase 等が自動取得し得る情報（IP アドレス、端末や OS の情報など）

広告 ID、位置情報、連絡先、写真、マイク、カメラは使いません。

3. 利用目的

• ゲームの進行保存と端末間の同期
• Google / Apple アカウントとの任意連携
• 他利用者との対戦（Hack）および公開プロフィールの表示
• アプリ内課金（Bits / Plus / Guard）の反映
• 障害対応、不正利用の防止、開示・削除請求への対応

4. 第三者提供・委託

進行データと認証は Google Firebase（Google LLC）に保存します。通信は HTTPS で暗号化します。法令に基づく場合を除き、販売目的で第三者に渡しません。他のプレイヤーには、上記の公開情報だけが見えます。

アプリ内課金は Google Play および App Store の決済を使います。課金に関する情報は各ストアのプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。

5. 外国にある第三者への提供

当社は、進行データの保存と認証のため、米国にある Google LLC の Firebase（Authentication / Firestore）を使います。これにより、第 2 項のクラウド情報が米国へ移転されます。

米国には、日本の個人情報保護法と同等の制度がない場合があります。Google は自社のプライバシーポリシーおよび契約上の安全管理に従ってデータを取り扱います。詳細は前項の Google / Firebase の文書を確認してください。

6. 安全管理

通信は HTTPS で暗号化します。クラウド上のデータへのアクセスは、運用に必要な範囲に限っています。

7. 保管期間

アカウントまたはアプリの利用が続いているあいだ保管します。削除の求めがあった場合、合理的な期間内に削除します。

8. 開示・削除

ご自身のデータの開示、訂正、削除を希望する場合は info@cobilabo.cloud までご連絡ください。特定のため、プレイヤー名と、連携している場合は Google / Apple のメールアドレスを書いてください。

アプリを削除しても、クラウド上のデータは自動では消えません。削除後、Firebase 上の進行データと認証情報を消します。

9. お子さま

本アプリは 18 歳以上を対象とし、子供向けではありません。

10. 本サイト

公式サイトでは、言語切替のためブラウザの localStorage に言語設定だけを保存します。サーバには送りません。

11. 変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新します。

Privacy Policy

cobilabo Inc. (“we”) describes how we handle information in the mobile app “dotslash” (the “App”) and on this official site.

2. Information we collect

• Game progress stored on the device (player name, Bits, scores, Wall, unlocks, language, display settings, purchase identifiers)
• A cloud user ID (Firebase anonymous UID)
• Optional account link. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive an email address (and a name from Apple). The linked state is stored with your progress. Email and name are stored in Firebase Authentication, not in the progress documents
• Information shown to other players (player name, Bits, scores, Wall, Room look, title, win/loss, match logs)
• Purchases (Bits packs, Plus, Guard). We do not receive payment card details; the stores handle checkout
• Technical data Firebase may collect with the connection (IP address, device or OS information)

We do not use advertising IDs, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.

3. Why we collect it

• Save and sync progress
• Optional Google / Apple account linking
• Player-versus-player Hack and public profiles
• Apply in-app purchases (Bits / Plus / Guard)
• Support, abuse prevention, and access or deletion requests

4. Sharing and processors

Progress and authentication are stored in Google Firebase (Google LLC). Traffic uses HTTPS. We do not sell this data. Other players can see only the public fields above.

In-app purchases use Google Play Billing and the App Store. Those stores’ privacy policies also apply to payments.

5. Transfers outside Japan

We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore, operated by Google LLC in the United States, to store progress and sign-in data. That means the cloud information in section 2 may be transferred to the United States.

The United States may not have a personal-data system equivalent to Japan’s. Google handles the data under its privacy policy and contractual security measures. See the Google / Firebase documents above.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to cloud data is limited to what we need to operate the App.

7. Retention

We keep data while you use the App. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it within a reasonable time.

8. Access and deletion

For access, correction, or deletion, email info@cobilabo.cloud. Include your player name and, if linked, the Google or Apple email so we can find the account.

Uninstalling the App does not delete cloud data by itself. After a deletion request, we remove the Firebase progress documents and authentication record.

9. Children

The App is for ages 18 and over and is not directed at children.

10. This site

This site stores only the language choice in the browser’s localStorage. We do not send it to a server.

11. Changes

We will update this page if this policy changes.
